Since Lori and I launched 2820 Press in 2012, we’ve served clients from the Fortune 500 list, from the Inc. 5000, and from Philadelphia’s bustling community of early-stage startups and small businesses.
We’ve delighted at the amazing things our clients have accomplished over the past seven years. We’ve watched two-person startups grow into seven-figure companies. We’ve seen large clients transform their customer experiences. We’ve helped big companies unlock tools to communicate more effectively, and we’ve coached very small businesses to build their first-ever client relationships.
We’re not just working with big companies anymore.
That said, when I talk to folks about what we do, people assume we’re only working with huge companies. At our most recent staff retreat, our team and I talked about who we wanted to serve as our own company grows.
We started talking about what we could do for restaurants, for independent retail boutiques, and for family-run professional services firms. Maybe it’s a ripple effect from the move Lori and I made from Philadelphia to Collingswood, but we’re feeling the love for the kinds of small businesses that can make America’s main streets thrive. We want to play a much larger role in that kind of success.
We want to drive success for small businesses.
Therefore, for 2019, we’re opening up our most impactful programs to small-and-medium-sized businesses of all kinds. Journalists and analysts call us the “SMB Market.” We call ourselves leaders in our communities, mentors to our employees, and drivers of innovation and creativity in our specialties.
We’ve redesigned two of our signature services so they’re streamlined, affordable, and easy for small business owners:
- Brand Recharge remains our signature content marketing strategy program. Over six weeks, we’ll uncover the best ways to tell the right story for your perfect clients. At the end of the program, you get a master plan for six months of marketing communications, social media, and media relations.
- Website Recharge represents our approach to making small business websites functional, responsive, and fully accessible to your prospects and customers. After going through this program, you won’t have to lose any more business because your prospects can’t read your site on a phone. You also won’t have to worry about getting sued, like Beyonce, for a site that doesn’t work with assistive technology.
We’ll finance your next website redesign or content campaign.
Best of all, we’ve partnered with business financing companies to offer special terms on both of these packages. If you’ve been in business at the same location for at least one year, your company can qualify for Net 60 terms with no fees or interest, OR you can stretch your payments out over an entire year.
Investing in your company’s growth no longer has to mean an upfront payment, or the kind of awkward billing that usually happens when you hire a freelancer. In most cases, our clients qualify for payments lower than $600 per month. We’ve seen some of our own, very large competitors offer cookie-cutter solutions at higher prices. We’re confident we can provide the same level of service our Fortune 500 clients expect, tailored to the unique needs of your small company.
Our client services team wants you to be one of this year’s 100.
Over the next twelve months, we aim to impact 100 small businesses who want to build stronger relationships with their customers and communities. We’ve hired new team members and expanded our service operation to ensure every one of those companies gets an exceptional experience.
We’re standing by, ready to help you prepare your company to grow and thrive with the right messages and the best technology. We’ll leverage everything our team’s learned so you can stay focused on your biggest priority—serving your clients and customers.
Now, it’s up to you.
If you’re ready to join us, request a no-pitch discovery session with a member of our creative team. We’ll tell you how we might approach your situation if we earn the chance to work with you. And we’ll follow up with a detailed proposal that’s tailored to your needs and to your budget.
